Fresco Fountain City, a project by Vriddhi Landmart in the outskirts of Kolkata has been a challenge for the Architect mind.
Project Details
The developer wanted to make bungalows & sell them at prices as low as Rs.5.0 lacs, including the cost of land. The challenge was to come out different construction techniques which would be economic but stable. The finish work was also researched & economic but functional finishes were used to make the project stand out as a solution to low cost housing, spread over 100 bighas & later 250 bighas of land.
